FPS or PayMe payment is available for offline payment.
For FPS
Please pay the total amount through FPS and send the payment slip to our email address (hitotsu.creative@gmail.com) within 3 days. *Please write down your name and the order number in the email.

For PayMe
Please fowward the order confirmation email to hitotsu.creative@gmail.com and mention your intention to pay through PayMe. We will send you the PayMe QR code upon recipt of the email. Please make a payment within 3 days upon receiving the QR code and send the payment slip to our email address.
Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped by SF Express.
If you prefer to receive the parcel at a SF Store/Locker, please input the store/locker code and the address in the address section of the shipping information.
The shipping fee is 30HKD (free shipping for purchases over 500HKD).
*Currently accepting orders within Hong Kong only.
If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. In that event, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
Return Policy
Please note that each item is carefully handmade*, which may result in slight variations in colour, shape, size, uneven coloring, or tiny dark spots/dust particles. We cannot accept returns or refunds for this reason. We hope you will enjoy these as a part of their individual charm.
If there is a problem with the product during the shipping process, please take a photo immediately upon receipt and send it to our email (hitotsu.creative@gmail.com) within 3 days from the receipt of the shipment.
